North Atlas Commercial Real Estate is growing, and we're hiring a
Commercial Real Estate Associate
to join our team. This is a client-facing, sales-focused role where you'll build relationships, prospect for opportunities, and support property transactions. From day one, you'll be hands-on in business development and deal support while learning the fundamentals of commercial real estate.
Through mentorship and training, you'll progress from supporting senior agents to building and managing your own client base. Over time, this role develops into an independent advisor position where you'll run your own deals within a collaborative brokerage environment.
What you'll do
Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and property tours.
Build and nurture client relationships that become the foundation of your business.
Research markets, prepare marketing materials, and support property listings.
Collaborate with senior agents on active assignments to gain practical experience.
Manage client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Gradually grow and manage your own pipeline of opportunities.
What you bring
Strong communication skills and professional presence.
Entrepreneurial drive with the patience to build lasting results.
Comfortable with proactive outreach and business development.
Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent experience (recent grads welcome).
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Real estate salesperson license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

Compensation
This role is
commission-based
. Earnings build over time as you establish yourself and your client base. There is no cap on potential, but success comes from steady effort and persistence.
