Responsibilities: o Represent and advocate for clients in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, providing expert guidance from start to finish o Conduct in-depth buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs, goals, and timelines o Coordinate and manage property showings, open houses, and timely follow-ups to nurture client relationships o Leverage company-provided leads and actively manage prospects through CRM systems to build and maintain a robust client pipeline o Prepare and deliver professional Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and persuasive listing presentations o Draft and negotiate offers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic advantage throughout the contract process o Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to develop your personal brand and increase market visibility o Participate in weekly training sessions, workshops, and team mastermind meetings to continuously elevate your skills o Stay current with market trends, new inventory, and developments within your local real estate market o Ensure full compliance with RECA, EREB, and brokerage policies while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards Qualifications: o Must be a licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta, in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) o Member or eligible for membership with the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) o Genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to building long-term client relationships o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills o Highly self-driven, coachable, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic o Comfortable with technology; familiarity with CRM systems and digital productivity tools is an asset o Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs o Previous experience in sales or customer service is considered a strong asset About Company: At The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna, we're more than real estate professionals--we're trusted partners in clients' journeys.
