Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of the high rise residential projects while being a trusted partner for their clients.

Responsibilities:

oLead and oversee all aspects of multi-residential high rise projects from pre-construction to close-out.

oDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

oCoordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive project progress.

oConduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

oIdentify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and obstacles in a timely manner to keep projects on track.

oProvide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

oManage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.

oFoster a collaborative and positive working environment among project team members to promote teamwork and project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

oProven experience managing multi-residential high rise projects from conception to completion.

oStrong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.

oExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

oAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

oProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

oPMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

oExperience working project management, financials, and quality control within Procore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
