The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Construction Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and building code standards Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues Oversee project closeout, documentation, and warranty follow-up

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects Proven leadership and people management skills Strong understanding of contracts, project delivery methods, and construction processes Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
