Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Project Manager will lead the projects to success and contribute to the advancement of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Developing comprehensive project plans tailored to civil requirements, in collaboration with stakeholders
/li
li
Oversee sales, bid development, and delivery of high-value, complex energetics research, and development programs for specific clients
/li
li
Develop and maintain program and project systems to ensure accurate finance and resource management, aligned with customer requirements and contract milestones
/li
li
Overseeing all phases of project execution, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory compliance and Ensuring successful project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships
/li
li
Leading strategic initiatives to secure industrial projects, demonstrating expertise and credibility within the industry
/li
li
Ensure project governance, commercial approval of bids and purchase orders, senior stakeholder management, and portfolio-level scheduling
/li
li
Presenting regular finance and progress reports to the upper executive, stakeholders and government regulators
/li
li
Maintaining stringent health, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding regulatory requirements
/li

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
/li

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Residential High Rise projects
/li
li
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, showcasing strong project delivery capabilities
/li
li
Experience working in joint venture settings during both preconstruction and construction phases
/li
li
Proven ability to ensure project profitability, retain clients, and drive business growth
/li
li
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of influencing, mentoring, and coaching team members
/li
li
Commitment to recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, delegating responsibilities effectively
/li
li
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
/li
