Unlock a rewarding opportunity with us! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Anti-Ice / Snow removal Crew Members for the upcoming season, and we're offering an impressive pay rate of $40 per hour!
Job Details:
Shift: Evening/Graveyard (4-10 hours)
Duration: November 2025 to March 2026
Average Call-Out for anti-ice : 20-30 days
Includes: Stat holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with experienced leads in industrial and commercial properties.
Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas.
Apply salt or other de-icing materials as required.
Use shovels and other equipment to remove snow.
Maintain a safe and efficient working pace.
Requirements:
No prior experience required (but is an asset)
Willingness to thrive in evening/graveyard shifts.
Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate winter clothing
Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
Capability to handle call-outs, including weekends and holidays.
Strong work ethic
