Our line of industrial Mighty Pumps, Mighty Dredges and Mighty Barges has provided solutions for many challenging industrial marine problems.

We are hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our Fort McMurray location. We are looking for someone that has experience working with diesel engines and has electrical knowledge and experience. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance at our new Fort McMurray location on Highway #63 across from Suncor Base Plant. This position is Monday through Friday 730am-4pm, 8 hours per day with occasional approved overtime when business demands.

The ability to work equally effective in a team environment as well as independently Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with heavy equipment and machinery Demonstrates a strong skill set and experience in equipment maintenance and repair DC electrical experience High attention to detail Efficient and effective problem solving and trouble shooting abilities Certification in Heavy Equipment Mechanics is a plus but not required

Eligibility Requirements:



Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Complete site specific orientation and training when required Must possess a valid driver's license with 3 years of acceptable driving history with the ability to pull a trailer safely. Must participate in and pass screening tests for drugs, alcohol, and other controlled substances.
