Heli Tour Ground Crew
Job Description
Looking for a unique opportunity to work with tourists around a helicopter at a busy airport?Your focus will be on providing extraordinary service to our guests at every touch point with Toronto Heli Tours, including the check-in, briefings, and ramp operations. As part of our Heli Crew Team, you will be responsible for the safety of our customers on the busy airport ramp, escorting them to and from the helicopter, assisting them with their doors, seat belts and headsets. You will help the photographer position the customers for their souvenir photos and you will be expected to interact with the customers to help make the whole experience a memorable one. You will also help to get the helicopter ready before the tours and at the end of the day.The schedule is typically Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30 am to Sunset.Uniform shirts and hats will be provided.You are responsible for your own transportation to the island airport - easy access via subway to Union Station where a free shuttle bus service is available to the Island Ferry.You should be:

Contract length: 4 monthsSalary: $16.50 per hourFlexible language requirement:
- French not required
All customers and staff are required to wear a mask. common surfaces are disinfected regularly.Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5V 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
