Summary: Are you looking for a rewarding tourism career opportunity in Canmore, Alberta? Alpine Helicopters is recruiting for the Tourism Assistant Manager who will take a leadership role to ensure the team at Alpine\xe2\x80\x99s sightseeing tour bases are providing the best customer experience to our customers, partners and fellow employees. The position will work alongside the Tourism and Marketing Manager and the Base Manager in the management of the Guest Service Agents and Ground Crew who are responsible for providing superior levels of customer service to guests at the Canmore base as well as the Stoney Nakoda base when needed, both located in Alberta. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Administrative experience \xc2\xb7 Supervisory or management experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills needed to support shared management responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Customer service background, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal and assertiveness skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work under pressure with accuracy and confidence \xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to make simple formulas \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail, excellent office & organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Team player that can thrive in a fast paced environment \xc2\xb7 Class 4 Alberta\xe2\x80\x99s driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is considered an asset \xc2\xb7 Experience in aviation is considered an asset Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications.
