Bulldog Truck Centre, a division of Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group, is the new MACK truck dealership here in Manitoba. As our dealership is growing, we are currently accepting applications for a Heavy Duty Truck Sales Representative to be a part of our team!

The ideal candidate has previous Heavy Duty Truck sales experience, strong communication skills, is energetic, enthusiastic, and has a desire to succeed.

Summary

Sells and/or leases new and used vehicles, as a MACK dealership salesperson.

A Typical Day

Your day is never a dull one! From prospecting new customers (both on the road and over the phone), meetings with existing customers to assess their needs, and working with internal teams, this role will provide exciting challenges and variety to your day.

Essential Duties:

Write and completes sales deals, and processes paperwork in accordance with company policies Utilize the company's sales controls and follow-up systems Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the sales manager Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner Satisfy the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership Prospect new customers, and contact by phone, email or in-person visits Assist customers by probing answers, and matching them with a solution to their needs Explain full product design, function, and features to customers Describe optional equipment and services available for customer purchase Other tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

Experience in the Heavy Duty Trucking industry is considered an asset Sales and/or Customer Service experience (3-5 years) preferred Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) within a variety of settings and a variety of levels Demonstrates attention to detail and maintains a high level of accuracy Able to stay focused and driven while working independently Proficient in MS office; including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Has a reliable mode of transportation Clean driver's abstract Ability to travel outside the country for training Valid Class 3 Manitoba Driver's License (or higher) preferred

Pay: $34,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
