About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking
Heavy Duty Construction Labourers
to join our team at a busyrecycling/construction site
. This isphysically demanding work
in an industrial environment, suited for individuals who can handle tough conditions and heavy labour throughout the day.What You'll Do
Perform heavy shoveling and material handling all day. Constantly lift, move, and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs). Work outdoors and indoors in dusty, dirty, and industrial environments. Support site clean-up, sorting, and recycling operations. Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times. Assist operators and other crew members with general labour tasks.
What We're Looking For
Strong physical stamina
- able to shovel, lift, and perform repetitive heavy tasks all day.Comfortable in tough conditions
- industrial, dusty, dirty, and physically demanding environment. Safety-first mindset, with ability to follow instructions and site protocols. Reliable and punctual - willing to work long shifts when required. Previous experience inconstruction, demolition, or recycling sites
an asset.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
