is seeking an experienced

Heating Specialist

to join the team. The

Heating

Specialist

at

Riello

plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical power and heating equipment such as burners and boilers. The

Heating

Specialist

serves as a key point of contact for customers and other field team members and ensuring clear and effective communication. Analyze and interpret test data to troubleshoot and resolve moderate design or system-related issues, while developing specialized product knowledge to perform diagnostic procedures. This position involves frequent customer interaction, might on-site visits, and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence.


This is an

onsite

in

Mississauga

with some travel to customers and qualifies for overtime.

Key Responsibilities



Handle all types of correspondence and troubleshooting with customers (residential, light commercial and industrial) relating to

Riello's products--such as burners, boilers, and other associated equipment

Performing technical analysis and diagnostic procedures

to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues or design deviations in alignment with customer specifications and safety standards.

Documenting service activities and communicating insights

to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensuring customers are informed about work performed, prevailing issues, and recommended upgrades or repairs.

Maintaining strong customer relationships

through clear, professional communication and coordinating with Riello's internal teams to deliver efficient and high-quality support.

Support

the trainers and field technicians on Riello products, support lab activities and field services.

Basic Qualifications



High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years of experience in support or performing technical services on burners and/or boilers. 1+ years of experience in reading and/or interpret electrical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications



Basic understanding of Building automation systems and how they integrate into burner controls. Basic understanding of combustion. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and work in dynamic environments. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
