Position Overview
We're seeking a
Customer Excellence Specialist
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in organization and communication, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate will be administratively strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer excellence.
We would consider a hybrid work from home and the office for the right person after their 90 day probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians using
Monday.com
or similar software.
Maintain accurate records in
Google Sheets
and other internal systems.
Prioritize customer needs effectively while providing a warm, personalized experience.
Follow up on open service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
Experience with Monday.com
or similar project management tools.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Customer-first mindset with genuine empathy and professionalism.
Previous experience in a service-based or trades industry is a plus.
