Specialist

, reporting to the Director of Marketing, is equal parts strategist and analyst

someone who can develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns while using data insights to drive smarter decisions.



1Click is looking for a meticulous, analytical, and resourceful individual to help optimize digital marketing performance and advance our mission. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, alongside team members,

and with contractors to convert data into actionable insights and web traffic into sales-ready leads.



As our

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

,

you'll oversee key digital channels (web, SEO, paid media, email, and paid social), manage website performance, and ensure all efforts are measurable, optimized, and aligned with business objectives. You'll bring an analytical mindset and strong technical know-how to elevate our online presence, generate leads, and enhance the digital customer experience.

Responsibilities




Digital Strategy & Campaign Management




Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth targets. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid and owned media channels--including search, social, email, and display. Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute impactful campaigns that drive awareness and demand. Working with the Content Marketing Specialist and leveraging existing prospect data, develop and implement compelling email campaigns targeting various stages of the customer journey.


Web Analytics &

Campaign Performance




Implement, configure, and manage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics), ensuring accurate data collection and automating tracking. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify insights and optimization opportunities. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to test new channels, audiences, and creative formats to improve performance and efficiency. Monitor campaign analytics and develop data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot tracking or reporting issues as needed.

SEO & Website Optimization




Lead ongoing SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical audits, on-page and off-page optimization, and local SEO management. Optimize website content based on performance analytics to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions. Maintain and update website content

including product information, pricing, and landing pages

ensuring accuracy, functionality, and user-friendly design.
Maintain the integrity of our CMS via regular updates and website backups.

Reporting & Insights




Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports highlighting website, SEO, and campaign performance. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for content, sales, and leadership teams. Stay up to date on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and privacy regulations (including Canadian standards such as CASL and PIPEDA).

Skills and Qualifications




3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in analytics, SEO, and paid campaign management. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and major social advertising platforms. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills; experience building dashboards using tools like Funnel, Data Studio or Power BI is an asset. Knowledge of web content management systems; experience with Shopify is strongly preferred. Familiarity with email marketing or marketing automation platforms like MailChimp, HubSpot, or Pardot. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. * Understanding of Canadian privacy regulations and digital compliance best practices.
