Job Description

We are a company that helps provide building solutions for concrete companies. We specialize in Seal Coating, Heating and Hoarding, Radon, and Tarping. We are looking for someone with a clean driving record with at least 5 years driving experience with some experience in the construction industry and who doesn't mind working in cold weather at construction sites. Someone that can lift 100 pounds is that is not afraid of small heights.

The Job:

This job involves heating garage and basements with hoarding them with tarps and poly to keep the heat in. You will also be trained in tarping foundations, and installing radon control in new builds. In the summer we seal-coat concrete. Work varies based on weather (Mother Nature's in charge) Some days, you'll work an hour but get paid for 3! On other days, you'll work 8-10 hours (OT after 8 hrs) It is outdoor work. You should have no issues working in extreme hot or in extreme cold weather Job hours can vary from 20 hours a week to 50 hours a week You must be comfortable driving on icy roads and navigated through narrow construction sites. We are looking for someone who is reliable, that shows up everyday you are scheduled and on time. We want people with positive attitudes.

The Requirements:

Hours vary, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. We will train you...experience in Heating and Hoarding and Tarping is a plus but not a must. Ability to handle up to 100 lbs heaters Climbing ladders and hanging heaters Clean driving record and confidence driving a pick-up and 5 tonne trucks You must have your class 5 for more than 5 years.
I'm looking for responsible and reliable people. We are located in the Foothills industrial section but will be all over Calgary, Cochrane, Strathmore, Airdrie, Okotoks, High River, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
