Senior Accountant

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, and payroll Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate journal entries Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for year-end audits Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Qualifications:

CPA designation (or working towards it) preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or HVAC Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
