Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. The Service Technician will work with a variety of systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and appliances, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in appliances, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures. Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment according to schematics and technical manuals. Weld components as needed to ensure structural integrity and functionality. Build and install new systems or components as required by client specifications. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their service needs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in appliance repair or related fields such as HVAC or plumbing. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. 313D or 313A License required G2 or G1 License required

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
