Apply now for the following position: Hearing Performance Verification Analyst.Overview: In your role as Hearing Performance Verification Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying embedded signal processing solutions for hearing aid market applications, hearing aid manufacturing and internal sales and marketing support. Provide training and technical support to internal teams in research/development and other departments.What you\'ll do:

  • Analyze and verify embedded signal processing solutions for hearing aid market applications, hearing aid manufacturing and internal sales and marketing support
  • Design, develop and document test plans for hearing performance and/or signal processing features
  • Work closely with Research and Development teams to evaluate, develop and verify hearing performance and/or signal processing technology
  • Perform verification / validation of embedded software and systems
  • Troubleshoot embedded software / system issues as required
  • Follow established procedures and best practices for source control, coding standard, continuous build/integration, bugs tracking, etc., to ensure quality control of embedded software solutions
  • Create reports and documentation as required to ensure that requirements are implemented to meet expectations
  • Assist in the training of internal personnel in the use of all supported software and systems as needed
  • Work with Software Deliveries Manager and/or Project Managers to ensure timelines for embedded software / system deliverables are achieved
What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field such as biomedical, electrical/electronic, embedded computing systems and related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is an asset: embedded software development/verification, audio signal processing, audio electronics
  • Experience with MATLAB strongly preferred
  • Experience with Python and/or C# is an asset
