Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will promote Nutters' mission of health, happiness, and quality by sharing knowledge on our vitamins, supplements, organic foods, and clean beauty solutions. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for stocking and organizing shelves, as well as maintaining and refilling bulk bins to ensure a well-stocked and tidy store. Your passion for wellness, attention to detail, and dedication in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment will contribute to the overall success of our store and the satisfaction of our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Training is provided throughout the year. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers. Receive Orders Package bulk foods, including nuts, chocolate, candies, and other items, while maintaining a high standard of food sanitation and hygiene. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time while performing job duties.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence

Willingness to work at both our Leduc and Wetaskiwin locations may provide opportunities for additional hours and potential wage increases.
