Luminate Co Wellness Market is hiring a

Full time- 4 days a week-

Stock/Sales Associate who has flexible availability for our Bedford location!

You are:

Deeply passionate about sharing your wealth of knowledge with others Approachable, engaging, confident and enthusiastic*.
Knowledgeable of the organic & natural food industry, brands, products & supplements Responsible for optimizing revenue and therefore previous experience in retail and sales would be an asset As we are a retail store, this can be a fast paced environment*.
Stock and clean shelves and displays; ensure the store is full, organized, clean and

inviting*!
Maintaining the department aesthetic by stocking,

facing*, and merchandising product.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment. Maintain accurate department signage and pricing. Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers when needed from time-to-time. Maintain back stock in good order; monthly date checking, rotation of goods. Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices. Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

What You Will Bring:

Good communication skills. Effective time management skills. Ability to occasionally lift 30 - 40 lbs. The ability to work well independently
