As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals towards achieving their health and wellness goals. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans that promote healthy lifestyle choices, enhance physical fitness, and foster overall well-being. Your expertise in teaching and motivational techniques will empower clients to make sustainable changes in their lives.

Duties

Conduct initial assessments to understand clients health history, goals, and challenges. Provide ongoing support and motivation through regular check-ins and progress evaluations. Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other health-related topics. Assisting with scheduling, check ins, and basic administration Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Sharing product knowledge with clients and retail clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress for reporting purposes.

Skills

Strong teaching abilities to effectively communicate health concepts and strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive environment. Knowledge of nutrition, fitness principles, and behavior change strategies. Ability to motivate and inspire clients towards achieving their personal health goals. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and maintaining detailed records. Candidates must possess proven sales experience and demonstrate strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
