You will collaborate closely with our various sites to identify and mitigate potential risks, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices. In addition, this role will oversee aspects of employee benefits administration, ensuring the smooth operation of health insurance, leaves administration and wellness initiatives. They will play a pivotal role in assisting employees with benefit inquiries, enrollments, and changes, while also managing benefits and workplace safety related documents.What You Will Do
The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of WoodGreen\xe2\x80\x99s health and safety programs as well as managing employee benefits packages. You will work closely with the People & Culture team and other departments to support compliance with regulations and promote a positive work culture focused on employee wellbeing. This role is suited to a subject matter expert who is passionate about workplace health and safety, and disability management with an ability to be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Health & Safety:
