Position: Health, Safety and Environment Specialist
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $90,000 per yearDo you have a bachelors in Health, Safety and Environment? Do you have 3 years or more of experience in a production industry? Have you worked in regulated industries like pharma, food or other similar? Are you bilingual and looking for a position close to Saint-Laurent?
Our client, a renowned company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is undergoing an active expansion phase and seeks to add a new member to their Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team! This role ensures compliance with company regulations and standards by developing and implementing HSE systems and standards while regularly interacting with employeesWhat they offer:- Salary up to 90k + Bonus

- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering and/or industrial safety/hygiene discipline or related fields
- Strong knowledge in health, safety, and environment, as well as local regulations
- Bilingualism to communicate with the company\'s headquarters in the United States
Your role:
- Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives
- Participate in audits, inspections, and action plan monitoring
- Stay updated on safety regulations and their impact
- Analyze safety conditions and recommend improvements
- Maintain site safety policies and practices
- Manage SSE programs and compliance
- Identify and maintain partnerships with security providers
