At Mainland, our people are our greatest asset. We're proud to foster a respectful, supportive, and team-driven environment where safety, accountability, and quality are top priorities. We believe in recognizing talent, supporting growth, and having some fun along the way.
As HSE Administrator, you will:
Champion a positive safety culture across job sites in all three divisions.
Support site supervisors in implementing and managing the Mainland HSE Program.
Monitor HSE practices on-site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Participate in regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments.

Support onboarding of employees and subcontractors through safety orientations and PPE training (including respirator fit testing).
Organize and participate in emergency response drills and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities.
Help identify safety concerns and contribute to solutions that drive improvement.
Manage and update safety data, documents, and compliance platforms such as ISNET, Avetta, etc.
Travel to multiple active sites and maintain strong, professional relationships with site teams.
