The duties and responsibilities of a Health Care Instructor typically include:

• Developing and delivering training programs: Health Care Instructors design and implement training programs for health care professionals and students. This includes creating lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to evaluate the knowledge and skills of learners.

• Conducting training sessions: Health Care Instructors deliver training sessions in classroom, clinical, or online settings. • Mentoring and advising learners: Health Care Instructors provide guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them to navigate their educational and professional journeys. They offer career advice, job search strategies, and networking opportunities.

• Collaborating with other professionals: Health Care Instructors work closely with other health care professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and administrators. They collaborate on developing and implementing training programs, sharing knowledge and expertise, and promoting the highest standards of care.

• Maintaining records: Health Care Instructors keep accurate records of learner attendance, performance, and progress. They use this data to evaluate the effectiveness of their training programs and make improvements where necessary.
