Join us now and give your career a home.Head of MktgMississauga, ON / Full-time (Hybrid)Pay range - $126,970 - $169,293Your responsibilitiesThe Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth and success of the company. In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role includes managing and leading a team of marketing professionals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, defining value propositions, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Brand management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing activities and materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure a strong and recognizable brand presence. Ensure a cohesive 3 brand strategy to elevate and accentuate the strengths of all 3 brands.
  • Lead generation and customer acquisition: Drive lead generation efforts through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and partnerships. Develop and execute campaigns to attract and convert potential customers into qualified leads.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make informed decisions regarding target markets, pricing, and positioning.
  • Marketing communications: Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising, and sales collateral. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate on product launches, customer retention strategies, and customer experience improvements.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Your profile
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree (Marketing, sales and/or brand management studies) xe2x80x93 Required
  • Master's Degree (Marketing, sales and/or brand management studies) xe2x80x93 Preferred
  • 7-10 Years of Experience (Leadership experience/roles) xe2x80x93 Required
  • 7-10 Years of Experience (Home Appliance, Consumer Electronics and/or CPG experience) xe2x80x93 Required
  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar senior marketing role, with experience managing and leading a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
