The Role We are looking for a high volume, growth focused marketing leader to expand our lead generation efforts. This person will be a strategic thinker who has experience turning creative ideas into successful strategies that meet and exceed our scale aspirations. The ideal candidate is is an objective, results driven person with a sense of urgency when it comes to new ideas and implementation strategies. The successful hire will need to be comfortable using market data, SEO insights, previous strategies and other measurable metrics to grow organizational reach.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive, innovative and effective lead generation strategy
  • Launch new initiatives, creatives, and campaigns as a thought partner within the Marketing Team
  • Identify and prioritize full-funnel growth opportunities through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental design
  • Utilize and improve all lead generation channels including but not limited to the following: SEO, SEM, email, content syndication, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing and social media
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the quality of the lead generation campaigns and spending
  • Work closely with the senior stakeholders (alongside the executive team), product and sales departments to ensure appropriate alignment on messaging, strategy and KPIs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign ROIs on a constant basis in order to improve and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Execute market research to unlock new acquisition opportunities

Key Skills / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demand/lead generation experience (preference: B2C Fintech landscape)
  • BA in business or a marketing related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Success managing large-scale lead generation rollouts
  • Developed, implemented and managed highly engaging campaigns delivering expectational ROI, traffic and revenue
  • Experience diving deep into data, identifying and understanding opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and increase growth
  • A growth mindset with deep knowledge and hands-on experience building funnels and lifecycle journeys
  • Expertise in the latest innovative solutions, industry trends and emerging end consumer data
  • Aptitude for forecasting and ROI/Campaign analyses
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive, positive, and organized, with a curious mind suited perfectly for problem solving
