As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Product team and growing our brand and business in North America, we are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Product Marketing.

Under the leadership of the Chief Product Officer in Paris, the Head of Product Marketing will position and distinguish our products and features in the A/B testing, personalization, and feature management software industry while helping drive customer adoption. If you are assertive, curious, and have a track record of translating how technology can help solve business challenges then the Senior Product Marketing Manager role at Kameleoon could be the right position for you.

In this role, you will...

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop messaging, positioning, differentiation, and value of the products AND define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for our products / key features (ie.product launch),
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the transition to a Product Led Growth organization (PLG),
\xe2\x97\x8f Create high-quality marketing content for our customers and tech partners, including guides, articles, email campaigns, in-app product notifications, product videos, and social media content,
\xe2\x97\x8f Run product webinars with thought-leaders,
\xe2\x97\x8f Influence our product strategy and feature roadmap through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and especially, our tech partner feedback,
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop sales collateral (playbooks, feature matrix, etc.) to help sales teams understand and communicate the value and uniqueness of our products,
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist with strategic initiatives and programs to drive new customer adoption and help existing customers get more value out of our software,
\xe2\x97\x8f Work proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers, and product,
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow industry trends and customer challenges to ensure relevance and domain expertise,
\xe2\x97\x8f With our support, aim to establish yourself as a trusted thought leader in the customer experience optimization industry.

Preferred Experience

What are we looking for?

\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company,
\xe2\x97\x8f Have developed product positioning, packaging, and pricing from a strategic standpoint,
\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced leading and building product marketing teams,
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity working within a B2B Product-Led Growth organization (Bonus points if you\'ve helped transition from Sales Led to Product Led!),
\xe2\x97\x8f Has worked in start-up/scale-up environments,
\xe2\x97\x8f You thrive in cross-functional teams to achieve excellent results, at a company, where product launches happen often, not every once or twice a year,
\xe2\x97\x8f Capable of managing multiple marketing projects at once, with international teams, while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented, attitude.
