Summary As a Head of eCommerce Solutions/Sales at Noticed, you\xe2\x80\x99ll drive growth and development for a key part of Noticed\xe2\x80\x99s service offering - our Re-platform/Redesign and Website Optimization Services. The objective of your role is to qualify, nurture and convert D2C and B2B eCommerce brands and effectively develop and cross-functionally execute comprehensive business development plans. You will support all Sales activities and department operations but primarily focus on supporting our Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and Shogun partnership. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing and prospective client accounts. As the Head of Commerce Solutions, you will partner with our sales team to onboard new clients and build relationships from initial qualification through all service implementation for website builds and ongoing optimization services. You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage project scoping, pricing, and sales proposals are all part of the core responsibilities. You will partner with the Growth Strategy and Delivery teams in the sales process to oversee all aspects of the client experience, from defining deliverables, project planning, delivery timelines, etc. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Growth. We\'re only accepting applications for candidates in the United States and Canada at this time. What will I be doing?
  • Actively selling Re-platforms, Redesigns, and Headless Solutions to D2C and B2B brands.
  • Manage the entire sales process and funnel from Qualification to Close
  • Nurturing merchants to convert them into Shopify Plus merchants.
  • Develop & continuously optimize ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue quotas and improve conversion rates.
  • Technical recourse for leads -- must be technical, understand the website implementation / CRO process, and talk at a high level.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success on cross-selling services, cultivating new business through established relationships.
  • Collaborate with Agency Marketing on sales collateral, pitch work, and outbound lead gen.
  • Scope Re-platform / Redesign project based on client needs
  • Coordinate with Delivery Department to ensure accurate scoping of Replatforms/ Redesign projects, actively supporting profitability and gross margin goals for Noticed
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with platform partner managers and sales executives, i.e., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Shogun, Smile.io, Yotpo, Search Spring Recharge, VL Omni, Ebridge, etc.
  • Consult clients on ecommerce trends and emerging technologies to drive success for their online business.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your prospects to ensure they remain successful and realize the full value of their investment with Noticed.
  • Prepare client scope of work documents, pricing and solution proposals, and legal contracts, and coordinate billing
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and forecast for each account in the CRM (Hubspot), providing weekly updates to the Leadership team
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, working with Sales & the Leadership team to ensure accurate forecasting and realistic quotas are developed
  • Contribute to agency marketing with webinars, content, and outbound promotion support
What do I need?
  • 4-5+ years of enterprise selling experience selling eCommerce agency services or SaaS software (required)
  • Experience navigating and selling enterprise eCommerce software platforms such as Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, etc. (required)
  • Must have strong business acumen and an understanding of the ecommerce market to be able to consult clients on a business level
  • Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changes
  • Must have outstanding communication skills \xe2\x80\x94 written, verbal, and listening \xe2\x80\x94 and be comfortable in facilitating discussions, communicating insights, and presenting to internal and client stakeholders
  • Ability to create solid data reports, marketing briefs, creative briefs, and technical requirement documents and communicate the information effectively to your team and clients.
  • Strong Plus - Agency experience as a Project Manager, Client Services, and /or Account Executive
  • Strong Plus - Knowledge of Shopify Plus or other ecommerce platforms
  • Experience managing partner and vendor relationships
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
