Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules along side F&B manager
opening Cafe/kitchen in the morning
closeing cafe/kitchen end of day
Onsite housing available for this position.

Experience/Requirements
2 to 3 years in kitchen management position
BC foodsafe certificate lv1
BC Serving it right
experience in ordering and menu pricing and asset
GED or post secondary education and asset

Contract length: 4.5 months
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
