Job Description

10-15 hours of coaching per week
10-20 hours of administrative work including:
- Scheduling
- Member communication
- Social Media
- Team education
- Events
- Consultation
- and more..
Requirements
Group Fitness Instructor Certification or Personal Training Certification canfitpro or equivalent CPR & First Aid certification Ability to lead class demonstrations, correct exercise form and technique and create a supportive and encouraging environment Excellent team rapport Reliable Able to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends/evenings Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry HIGH ENERGY!!!
Assets
Leadership qualities, able to take charge of any situation High level of personal fitness and regular active participation in a physical exercise routine 2-3+ years of Personal Training or Group Fitness Instructor experience Customer Service Experience Punctual Passionate about fitness Open Minded Personable Social Media Savvy

Experience:
Personal Training or Group Fitness Instructor: 2 year (Preferred)
Licence:
Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (Required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
