Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, motivated, and team-oriented coaches to join our
Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)
program.We have openings for both a
Competitive Head Coach
andCompetitive Coaches
to support our growing team.Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality training for WAG competitive athletes (CCP levels). Ensure safe, progressive skill development and proper spotting techniques. Develop lesson plans and athlete goals aligned with program objectives. Mentor and support assistant coaches (Head Coach role). Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club leadership. Attend competitions, training camps, and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
Head Coach:
Minimum
NCCP Level 3 Certified
(or in progress). Minimum 5 years of experience coaching competitive WAG athletes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Competitive Coach:
Minimum
NCCP Level 2 Certified
(or working toward completion). Experience coaching WAG athletes (CCP levels 3-8 preferred). Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to athlete development.All candidates must have:
Current
First Aid/CPR
,Respect in Sport
, andMaking Ethical Decisions
certifications (or willingness to obtain).Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, certification.
