Head Coach - U18 AAA Female Program
We are excited to open applications for the
Head Coach of our U18 AAA Female Program
.This leadership role plays a pivotal part in shaping the players
'
experience, team culture, and competitive success of our top female athletes.The ideal candidate is a committed leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for high-performance female hockey. This coach will guide all on-ice and off-ice elements of the program, support players in their post-secondary goals, and help build an environment where players can thrive.
What You'll Lead
Practice Planning & On-Ice Development
Deliver weekly practices focused on skill development, systems, and team structure
Use video, feedback, and female-specific coaching methodologies
Continually refine plans using elite-level resources and teaching strategies
Game Preparation & Execution
Complete scouting and video prep for each opponent
Establish game plans and lead in-game adjustments
Provide post-game feedback and development direction
Video Analysis & Team Meetings
Prepare weekly video sessions
Reinforce team concepts and individual development priorities
Post-Secondary Support
Support players goal to pursue NCAA/USPORTS pathways
Work closely with the GM to communicate with university programs and scouts
Collaborate with the program's GM to guide families on eligibility, timelines, and next steps
Team Culture & Leadership
Lead culture-building initiatives
Set standards and expectations that reflect program values
