About Play Strong Kids
At Play Strong Kids, we help
children ages 1-5
grow strong inside and out through
classes that develop
fundamental movement skills - the building blocks for physical literacy and skills needed to be active for life. Our play-based programs follow Sport for Life's Long-Term Development framework, helping kids build strength, confidence, and character - so they can thrive at the playground, in sports, and in life.
Classes are mobile, running outdoors in local parks through the warmer months and indoors at community gyms during the cooler seasons.
