Head Chef - AJ's Brooklyn Pizza (Vancouver, BC)

We're now looking for a passionate, experienced

Head Chef

to lead our kitchen team and bring fresh energy, creativity, and leadership to our operation.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily kitchen operations with precision and passion Oversee food prep, cooking, and quality control Innovate new seasonal pizza specials and refine our menu Manage food and labor costs while maintaining high standards Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations Work closely with management to maintain a cohesive, efficient, and positive environment

What You Bring:

Minimum 3+ years in a head chef or senior kitchen leadership role Strong experience with pizza-making (NY-style, or other) Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control A creative mindset with a strong eye for presentation and flavor Leadership that inspires, trains, and supports your team A calm and organized approach under pressure FoodSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
