to lead our back of the house Team!
Responsibilities
Must have a passion for hospitality and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Must follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure proper hygiene regulations.
Responsible for day-to-day operations
Possess knowledge and skills in various cooking techniques
Assure quality and portion consistency
Managing a high functioning kitchen through food ordering, kitchen cost control and quality control
Requirements
3 + years of previous experience as a Chef
Food Safe certified
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player able to prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with superior communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be familiar with Squirrel systems.
