Role Overview

We are seeking a

Head Chef

for an initial

2-month contract

to lead our kitchen team and bring innovation to health-focused cuisine. Following this period, there will be an opportunity to discuss a longer-term role as we continue expanding into new cities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop weekly menus that are low-inflammatory, nutrient-dense, and delicious. Oversee kitchen operations, including meal prep, packaging, and delivery coordination. Source high-quality ingredients and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a spotless kitchen. Collaborate with our nutrition team to ensure meals meet specific wellness goals. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Head Chef

or Executive Chef in a health-focused, high-volume, or meal-prep environment. Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and whole-food cooking techniques. Creative recipe development skills that balance flavor, health, and visual appeal. Leadership skills with the ability to guide a small team under tight timelines.

FoodSafe certification

(or equivalent) required.
