We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Plan and execute catering events, coordinating with clients to meet their specific needs.
Monitor food production processes to maintain quality control throughout service periods.
Skills
Extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining and catering environments.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and shift management.
Proficient in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques across various cuisines.
Knowledge of food service management practices, including inventory management and control.
Familiarity with dietary department operations and special dietary needs is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and guests alike.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
