Looking for an upbeat, Energetic Chef with a taste of the Caribbean. Must be Familiar with West Indian/Jamaican cuisine and able to follow a recipe.
Must be able to do early mornings, and work within a team. We are a fast passed restaurant looking for someone who can manage the kitchen.
Shifts starting at 430am-1230pm Days will be determined upon hire
Menu consists of but not limited to: Curry chicken, Stew Chicken, Oxtail, Curry Goat, Pepper Shrimp, Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork, Daily soups ( Chicken, Beef Red peas, Manish Wata, Cow foot ect)
