POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our welcoming residence, Le Jazz Teasdale, is currently seeking a Head Chef to fill a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, during the day, every other or third weekend.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen Perform other related duties Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent Basic computer skills Significant experience 3 to 5 years of experience in management MAPAQ Manager
