ResponsibilitiesTasks

Leading/instructing individuals Set staff work schedules Cost products and services Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Recruit staff Provide customer service Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Supervise staff Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Train staff Plan and organize daily operations Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Organize and maintain inventory Monitor staff performance Conduct performance reviews Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Evaluate daily operations
