Duties
Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in all food handling practices.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and restaurant policies.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including scheduling shifts and managing workflow during peak hours.

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking techniques in a professional kitchen environment.
