We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and drink pairings. Maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, with a focus on bartending or serving roles. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
