Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented

Hardwood Refinishing Specialist to join our team . Although experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have hands on experience sanding, staining and refinishing hardwood floors. You will be responsible for restoring hardwood floors to a like-new condition while ensuring a strong attention to detail.

Duties

Inspect and assess the condition of hardwood floors for refinishing needs. Sand floors using drum sanders, edgers, buffers and hand tools. Apply stains, sealers and finishes. Repair and/or replace damaged boards, wood fill gaps, etc. Ensure proper dust containment and cleanup during and after each project, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical stamina to stand, kneel, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
