Duties

Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively during the refinishing process. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding floor finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hardwood floor refinishing or related construction fields. Proficient in using hand tools and equipment relevant to flooring work.
