ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced

Hardwood Flooring Installer

to join our growing team. If you have experience in hardwood installation, restoration, and finishing--and take pride in delivering precise, high-quality results--this role is for you. We also welcome inquiries from contractors with established teams who want to partner with us on upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and finish hardwood flooring to exacting standards. Apply stains, sealants, and finishes for durability and visual appeal. Interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate installation. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Provide excellent communication and professional service on-site.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in hardwood floor installation and finishing. Parquet flooring installation or repair experience is a strong asset. Knowledge of restoration techniques, blueprint reading, and safety practices. Additional experience in tile installation, trim carpentry, or general remodeling is an advantage. Ability to work independently or collaborate effectively with a team. Contractors with their own teams are encouraged to reach out for partnership opportunities.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
