We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and construction, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas according to blueprints and specifications.
Install a variety of flooring types, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
Lay tiles and other flooring materials with precision, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
Apply caulking and finishing touches to ensure a polished look.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in flooring installation.
Experience in carpentry or maintenance person tasks is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
