About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a skilled

Hardwood Flooring Contractor

to join our team. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering beautiful, long-lasting results, this role is for you. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, bringing your expertise in hardwood flooring installation, restoration, and finishing to every job.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, install, finish, and repair hardwood flooring to professional standards. Apply stains, sealants, and treatments to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Read and interpret blueprints to guarantee accurate installations. Safely and effectively use flooring tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site. Provide excellent on-site customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation and finishing. Expertise in

parquet flooring installation, repair and restoration

is a strong asset. Knowledge of blueprint reading, restoration techniques, and site safety protocols. Additional experience with tile laying, trim carpentry, or remodeling is an asset. Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
