About the Role:

We are actively looking for a talented and driven Hardwood Floor Refinisher to become a part of our team at Unity Recruitments. This position is full-time and permanent, offering competitive hourly wages along with the potential for advancement to a supervisory position for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Sanding, refinishing, buffing, and polishing hardwood floors Applying stains, sealants, and protective finishes Repairing damaged wood surfaces (patching, board replacement) Working with a variety of wood types and finishing materials Maintaining and cleaning refinishing tools and equipment Ensuring a safe and clean job site Communicating professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

Prior experience in hardwood floor refinishing or general woodworking Skilled in using sanding machines, buffers, and finish applicators Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and materials Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license is an asset
