What you'll do:

Reporting to the Assistant Farm Hardware Manager, the successful candidate will:


To assist the Assistant Farm Hardware Manager with sales, margin and inventory of the hardware department as part of the Service Center Operations; To ensure direct reporting Team Members adheres to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and standards in staff appearance, housekeeping and asset protection; To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided and staff attitude is appropriate; To be responsible for ordering procedures for both regular and promo orders; To ensure adherence to the image checklist as per facilities and equipment; To ensure the proper recruitment procedures are followed; To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of Meadow Lake Co-op policy and procedures Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You have a grade 12 education. You have minimum of 1-year experience. You're familiar with relevant retail industry will be considered an asset. You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. You have strong work ethic and team player attitude. You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced-environment.
